Celebs starting their own crypto

Do you guys know if any celebrities are trying to make their own cryptocurrency? I remember when Matt Damon made a crypto, or I think it was an NFT, either way, his investment fell and what he had was worth next to nothing.

I think celebs starting their own crypto is scary, because it could mean this celeb is on hard times and wants to capitalize on what popularity he has left and make money in the process.

Do you worry about any crypto that's backed by certain celebs?

Celebs are a breed of people who try to make money from every opportunity and every situation. When they see the market is favorable, I believe they will start creating their own crypto projects. A lot of celebs have already sold NFTs, and I believe they will start selling crypto tokens.

I will never be in support of celebrities starting their own cryptocurrencies. More cryptocurrencies laws needs to be make to curtail how cryptocurrencies are launched because that's how most investors gets scammed too easily. When more celebrities have their own coins, it will mess with everything in cryptocurrency because they are in there for business.

Well, it might be possible that the value of a certain cryptocurrency might be linked to the celebrity in case if that particular cryptocurrency was created by a particular celebrity. If the image of the celebrity gets tarnished, then the value may also decline. Perhaps this is possible?
