Do u think gouverments are able to impose taxes on Bitcoin users or can users easily evade taxes ?
It is not possible because it is not traceble while using it to purchase online .. The government could only charge what they know the source i mean where it comes from and where is going to..
So government can't even think about doing that at all because at the moment the work load on them is too much I guess ,unless they want to put their self in another problem they will think of chasing shadow ..

Concerning if government can charge bitcoin users. Well, I actually dont think they can charge bitcoin users because they are not the one regulating it and the cryptocurrency is decentralized and if they can charge bitcoin user, it would be done on how well you trade but I dont see such happening soon

Yes but only on one condition, if earnings from internet gets regulated like in some countries and only if cryptocurrency gets regulated ( which is not currently ), taxes will be had to be paid but you will gain security in advance

With the prevailing conditions now on the crypto currency I don't think the government will interfere with the taxes. Crypto currency is a commodity with an "unknown" source so how can it be taxed? Compared to farm products the commodity is easily identified - from the source to the trader up to the consumers. With crypto currency it is like you are groping with shadows. But maybe there will come a time that the crypto will be regulated by the government. Let us wait and see.

I don't think the government can directly impose tax on bitcoin users. There is no way to check the transactions as it does not pass through the banks. However, the government can tax bitcoin wallets based on the commission they are earning from each transaction. The government can also impose tax on bitcoin exchange for the transaction they are performing.

Bitcoin is not a legal tender by law strictly speaking. And the government cannot tax Bitcoin for the moment because it has not yet been streamlined into the currencies that are termed legal tender under any construction for now

Government can only tax you on what you claim to have.. Bitcoin is not controlled by anybody and makes it hard for government to tax on that. Bitcoin market are controlled by the transactions done on it which also influence the price.. So there is no way government can tax it for now, but with the growth in that market, I think government will be devicing ways of doing that even though I don't see tglhat happening

It is not done and it is a wicked act for the government to impose tax on Bitcoin users.
This is an opportunity that is helping the citizens even the government to solve some key unemployment issue that has been disturbing even the government.
It is uncalled for.

Search things and never happen because a cryptocurrency is a digital currency even the Trace of transaction is not even on the internet and is a digital transactions and no record is kept anyway government can never charge anyone for that. Cryptocurrency does not concern the government

The legal status of bitcoin (and related crypto instruments) varies substantially from state to state and is still undefined or changing in many of them.[1] Whereas the majority of countries do not make the usage of bitcoin itself illegal, its status as money (or a commodity) varies, with differing regulatory implications.[2]

To be honest, I don't think government can charge bitcoin users, at least for now. First reason being that bitcoin is a decentralized system, and I don't think the government have any regulations over it, I don't think there are any laws as of this writing stating that bitcoin users can be taxed, at least in my country

Many of the warnings issued by various countries also note the opportunities that cryptocurrencies create for illegal activities, such as money laundering and terrorism. Some of the countries surveyed go beyond simply warning the public and have expanded their laws on money laundering, counterterrorism, and organized crimes to include cryptocurrency markets, and require banks and other financial institutions that facilitate such markets to conduct all the due diligence requirements imposed under such laws.

If government impose tax on bitcoin which I don't think its even realistic. Then they had to remove gas fee, transaction fees and any other fee attached. But crypto currency is not a governmental thing. It doesn't involve the government.

Yes there can charge Bitcoin user. And not only Bitcoin user even ethereum users, litecoin usere, altcoin users and ripple coin user. This made possible because of the coin base security system that has been set in place the government to monitor and surpervise the activities of crypto currency

Cryptocurrencies are not legal tender in any jurisdiction; they, unlike the conventional currencies issued by a monetary authority, are not controlled or regulated and their price is determined by the supply and demand of their market.

I don't think the government can charge any Bitcoin investor because this coin is not being regulated or sold by any commercial Banks or even the Apex bank of any country
If the government wants to get tax from the sale of Bitcoin then they must have a hand in selling the coin which is not even possible at all as at now

Well I don't think so, because the policy will be anti-people. And this can generate a very huge outcry that can make the government unpopular. Technically speaking, Bitcoin transactions shouldn't be charged since no third-party is involved unlike other forms of payment system that has to go through a third party.

It is impossible for any government, politician, or bank to charge or shut down any bitcoin user or network. The Bitcoin network itself, called the blockchain, has never been tampered with by nefarious individuals. As long as the internet persists, Bitcoin will be alive and well.

There is absolutely no way government could tax bit coin users, if it's in anyway possible they would have definitely done it already. They are already finding ways to put an end to cryptocurrency, but unfortunately they can't as there is no way for them to do so.
