If you've ever purchased a new house, have you ever had to bring in roommates to help with any payments? Maybe you have a monthly payment you need to tackle in order to fully own the house, so one way of helping that, is allowing a roommate or two to join you. They will of course pay rent and you'd use that money towards said payment. Have you ever done this? I can't afford to be buying a house, but it's something I wish to do one day. And if I need the money, I would totally consider bringing in a roommate to help out. Would you?
