On Tuesday, when the good news filtered out that the laws to regulate cryptocurrencies had been passed by the Senate, the whole cryptocurrency community in Brazil was ecstatic. This is what countries with a suggested cryptocurrency regulatory strategy are anticipated to do.

This is a good news from their side therefore more countries will regulate cryptocurrency means more freedom and liberty to the crypto earners from everywhere at the world.

The cryptocurrency regulations is better than the ban option. So many countries are embarking on banning cryptocurrency presently. This is not the best option.

It is far better than the ban option. On the other hand , the cryptocurrency regulation will increase the number of users because it will restore more confidence to investors.

Which law does Brazil parliament made to regulate crypto?
What is the leval of regulations?

This isn't enough by just saying that some country regularised crypto.

This needs some professional law terms to be explained which a regular person like us couldn't understand or need to call a lawyer for explication then this is why the text of the law wasn't included.

Regulation of cryptocurrency is taking over a crypto space that most of the country and that is physically what is being done now.

That's what I am trying to tell people who create posts on crypto regulation. Just saying "regularizing crypto" does not make any sense.

Now Brazil has regulated crypto, the former President approved the Bill before his term ended, and it become law, yet crypto is not a legal tender there in Brazil.

European countries are not in same boat when it comes to make any deal, they hardly accepted previous laws.

Yes, that is true Europe always goes free and you can not deal with anything with them because they will not care, they are not open to negotiations.
