I advise you to hold coins like MBL, selfkey, stellar, Wink, SFP, zil etc all these I mentioned I made more than 300% gains in them in less than 2 months of holding them. You can buy them cos they are all in the dip.

I think the crypto market is just working effectively through positive review. Immediately whales investor tweets many rush in if its favourable. But when it is not, people dump it, that's why the price drops down.

Check the market value of the coin its down at the moment after showing signs of recent improvement. Going from $40,000 to $34,000-$35,000. It will take a long time seeing BTC moving past its highest benchmark of $62,000.

All digital currencies are simply losing value, what has affected BTC also affected them all. When BTC climbed to $40,000 recently i thought that, its the turning point to start moving to the expected price mark.
