I feel the best time to buy bit coin is when the price of the bit coin is low rather than when the price of the bitcoin is high. When the price of the bitcoin is low, one would be able to invest more.

It seems you are new to cryptocurrency . If you buy a coin when the price is rising , you have to wait long before you can make a tangible profit , however when you buy at a lower price , you will have profit at any slight rise in price of the said coin
