For me i would say binance and yobit .. what about you ?

I think the most safest and trusted exchange is binance for sure but if you want high profits Yobit looks better but in the same
time coins there can dump with 90% sometimes more or they can go up with 100% - 500%

I would say Binance because of its reputation and the fact that it was the first ever for me to use without any issues.

I don't know whether it is best or not but I think you can try blockchain. They give you interest in your crypto currency assets. You can also try coinbase. I am not saying these are the best platforms based on my own experience. I have only used these two as wallets and send and receive crypto.

I think before Binance is best platform to buy ,hold or trade cryptocurrencies. It is safe site. It's withdraw fee is less than other cryptocurrency sites.
Second best site is coinbase. It's secure and transaction is free from coinbase to other Coinbase Account.
Third best exchange site/app is " trustwallet".. but it's transaction fee is a little bit more than Binance and coinbase.
