Bermuda's crypto regulations

Bermuda is next to adopt cryptocurrency,Jason Hayward, minister of economy and labor has made it known to the public that the country would adopt regulatory framework on cryptocurrency.

The companies offering crytpocurreny related activities in the country would now need to adhere to the regulatory laws in the running of their crypto business.
 
The adoption of people currency by countries is no longer a news because so many countries that have decided to invest in cryptocurrency are planning on it regulation.
 
Crypto regulations is the talk of the town these days, however, I don't exactly know what they actually mean by regulations, are they trying to control crypto companies or the crypto market in general.
