Yes, the choice of location is very important in real estate business. If you purchased your property at some location, nobody would be interested in having a properties in such area. It's very important for one to consider the location very well before venture into real estate business.
A lot of people do not really put location into consideration. But this is very important , some location are liable to flood and other natural disaster. I know better location are likely to attract higher price. For me it is better to spend money and get quality things at once.

Start with cheapest real estate then go and increase gradually your expenses day after day. What is the common fault by investors is invest in real estate in high value and lose a lot of money in short time frame.
