After ETF aporoval, what next?

The euphoria of the US SEC approving BTC ETF seems to be dying down now. After the massive of BTC from 43k to 48k, the price has now returned to between 42k and 43. This made me wonder what the ETF approvals bring. Are we going to witness a lot of shocks in the market going forward?
