The feature of Binance pay is simply written as Pay when you click on the view wallet sub section via your Binance account. Search from the right, you'll get to see it after seeing other options around your on-spot wallet.

Yes, it's easier using both send, and receive option for Binance pay. Earlier on when you receive funds from Binance pay, it stays 12 hours before going into your spot wallet. But recently it isn't like that again, it's simply straightforward into your spot wallet.
