Because I am so curious about engaging with crypto, which is why this day, no work in my country for it is a holiday, I researched the different active currencies. Does it mean to say, that there are currencies that are inactive? Why is that so? All these mentioned are so famous in the crypto world. But I only knew Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Binance. I do not know about USD coin, True USD, and XRP.

Yes, there are and people are so confused about which one among them is the best. For me, Bitcoin is the best. It is proven for some years now. It remains good in its reputation.

Bitcoin is the best but there are some other altcoins that have enough potential so you can try to invest in them

This means the cryptocurrencies where you have a volume of transactions and also the cryptocurrencies where you make some staking like Cardano and then they are reliable and traded on popular exchanges like Binance. Passive cryptocurrencies are meme coins or under development or never tried.
