If this is the case and at least half do these companies make a substantial investment into bitcoin, the the price hikes that we are seeing at the moment is just the start and the price may increase even more drastically in the coming months as well. In such a case I would not be surprised to see a price of 100k USD on the horizon for bitcoin.
This has seem to be the case as there have been indications that many investors and top companies have being holdl their bought coins ,and this is why there has been continues rise in the price of Bitcoin for almost two months now.

The fact that people are using crypto in order to try and evade tax is one of the main reasons why the governments are not accepting those coins and why is has not yet become legal tender. There is a large risk that they view with being able to not track it and not pay taxes as such which sows no benefit for the governments.
Government can come up with ways for people to pay taxes by ensuring only the registered Exchange platform and wallets operate using their Currency then they tax the Exchange and wallet developers. It is a simple logic if they want to.
Taxing the exchange is a good idea, because it ensures that even if people are trying to withdraw to avoid taxes, that there will be a tax either way on their withdrawal or even on their trades, and this will help the governments to regulate the currency and benefit form it as well. This is a great idea. Hopefully it is something that is considered in the future.
Definitely, it is the same the banks does for those withdrawing ecurrencies apps like PayPal and skrill, the banks charge them including the taxes. Lots of opportunities available for Government in Crypto currencies even without accepting as domestic means of transaction.

The $50,000 is one target lots of people are waiting for but currently bitcoin is facing a Serious resistance between $39,000 to $41000. I guess the buy and sell pressure is almost equal at this prices at the moment.
You are exactly right. I think that would be much easier than requiring all of the users to do kyc verification because many do not do this and they just choose to go to a different exchange. This was you can track their ip address and based on their region they will be taxed directly on the exchange as per their country's regulation. This would require a global understanding though. So hopefully it is thought off in the future.
