Though I acknowledge that there have been cases of fraud, I believe that there is far less fraud in the real estate industry than in cryptocurrency or any other activity because all transactions take place in person and no one sends money for a transaction before seeing the item they want to buy.

Yes, it is possible to be duped that's why you should always have an expert evaluate the property. You might not only end up paying more than the market price but even be cheated with a property in a bad shape
