How Many is Too Many?

There is a limit to how many social media sites you can use, right? What is your maximum limit? I mean how many social media sites do you think you can actively use without hampering your work or daily life? When I say actively, I mean daily or weekly active. I think I can handle half a dozen social sites as I mostly use social sites for professional work.

For me The line between healthy and excessive social media usage varies for everyone. It's generally considered excessive when it starts interfering with your daily life, productivity, or mental well-being. If you find yourself constantly checking, feeling anxious without it, or neglecting other activities, it might be too much.
