If you run a business or work in one, does it provide you and the employees with free healthcare? I think most big time jobs should offer some sort of health insurance to their employees. What do you think though? Should businesses be required to supply these sorts of benefits to their employees?

I have worked in a place where they never provided any kind of insurance at all. This is understandable as such kind of facilities are generally available to higher-level employees in many different workplaces.

Yes, my business provides health care insurance. We believe in prioritizing the well-being of our team members and recognize the importance of having access to comprehensive health coverage.

When I was running offline businesses, I did not offer health care insurance for my staff. MY businesses did not generate a lot of revenue, so I never contemplated on providing health care insurance to my staff. Currently, I own online businesses and I do not have any regular staff.
