Can you tell a person's character by her face?

For me, it becomes easier by sight and in approximately 70 percent of cases I guess a person's character correctly. I don't understand why this happens, but even if a person hasn't said a word, it's very easy to understand by the shape of the face whether it's a bad person or not, but not always. Have you ever succeeded in this?

I can intuit more or less how it can be by their gestures or body language, but only with their face, it can be difficult, although there are many times that I have been right just judging by the face of the person, it is said that the face and eyes is the mirror of the soul.

I can assume what kind of character and temperament would the person have based on the facial features but I am not 100 percent correct, in fact I am, not even close to be 50 percent correct

Sometimes my suggest hits the bullseye and other times they don't. Mostly checking the way people dress too can also help in giving correct instinct.
