Would you move to countries where the cost of electricity is lower?

I don't have much equipment, so it doesn't really affect me to choose another country with cheaper electricity, but if I had a mining farm 20 times larger, I definitely wouldn't hesitate before choosing to go to a country where the cost of electricity is many times lower

We basically use hydro electricity here (which is renewal energy), cost of electricity is comparatively lower than in Europe and America, setting up your own solar plant for energy is also not very expensive here, therefore, mining can be profitable here, however, sad thing is mining is deemed illegal here.
