Yeah , the rate at which Binance is facing ban from different countries I won't be surprised if SEC come after Binance coin (BNB) in the future.
Yeah , but I don't think the Binance company is within the jurisdiction of the SEC . Moreover by now they will be anticipating it and will be prepared for it

Well , coinbase have right to say yes or no towards listing or delisting any coin . Sec also have limitations as where there power is trying at and where it is not.
There are many that believe that the SEC should not be involved with crypto at all as it is not a security and this was brought up by a US senator in a recent news article as well.

SEC might control coinbase but I do not think SEC can control the the coins listed on coinbase. Unless government decides to make all cryptocurrencies illegal, SEC can do nothing.
I think that if they are in control of coinbase then coinbase will have to consult with them in order to be able to list a coin on their exchange or have that coin in their wallets.

The two parties know their missions why they came together and I think if the agreement wouldn't have been good, coinbase wouldn't have accepted it too so l think they may not have absolute power of controlling coins that are listed on coinbase if those coins aren't illegal.

Once there's any such form of regulation on the cryptocurrency sphere, then the aim of creating decentralized payment systems that can be easily accessible and used would have been defeated.
I don't think this would be possible.

I do agree with you. The whole purpose of this financial system is that people are able to go through it without having to worry about it being controlled and so forth and i think that if it is regulated then it is centralized.
