Why would Litecoin provide such low fees on its network?

Everyone knows that the ether cryptocurrency has the highest transfer fees in its network, although most projects are made on this basis because it is the easiest. But why does the litecoin network provide users with such low commissions, for which I think everyone is grateful and why the rest of the networks can't do the same

Well, I don't know exactly what the reason for this is, but it's probably because of the size of its block, which is probably smaller than that of other blockchains. If I remember correctly, Litecoin's block size was only 1MB.
