What Is The Maximum Amount Of Time You Have Mined Coins?

Well, there was a time when I tried to mine coins for at least 10 hours in a day. At that time, my laptop got heat up and it got closed down. It was not damaged, though. It was a bad decision because my laptop got heated and I was not able to mine good amount of coins either. So, what is the maximum amount of time you have mined coins?

The coin I am mining is yet to be listed for exchange and I have mined it for 3 months now.

I have tried mining 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I was trying to mine bitcoin on my computer. It was not a very profitable activity, though. After 15 days, I stopped.
