If more people get know about cryptocurrencies and their benefits, definately they will be demanding for them. People will be doing business and investments in bitcoin and there will be high demand for them and this can help increase their value since demand is becoming higher than supply.

There has always been a thought that crossed my mind in cases such as a coin reaching its maximum supply, and that is, will the demand increase or decrease. naturally we feel that the demand will increase because there is less of the coin available for the market base of the coin, however if we consider that there is also many other coins, what is to stop people from switching over toe another coin and therefore if the supply is reached the coin demand will end up dropping. Do you think this is possible?
Yeah, it can be possible a coin can drop after maximum supply of that coin is reached but it seems very rear. The increasing supply of a coin is always due to the tendency of high demand for that and if things don't go well the coin like ripple after reaching maximum supply, price can decrease too.

Naa, ripple hasn't reached it's maximum supply. But it was easy reaching because they don't mine ripple like bitcoin and other crypto currencies. But I was just trying to say even if ripple has reached it's maximum supply, price would have still gone down because people are already dumping it nowadays.

Well the whole world is revolving daily. So changes are expected, but I don't see the possibility of using crypto currency taking the place of money as a means of payment. I doubt if the world will embrace that idea since it is not universally known and accepted by many just yet. Even as it is ,in a physical setting,only a few people know what cryptocurrency is all about, and may not want to accept it as a means of payment in place of money they are well used too.
According to my opinion, Bitcoin will dominate the world in coming 10 years.
