I don't think stellar coin is rated at the level you stated. Before the ongoing bearish run it was around 55-60 cents. And it reduced drastically with other coins as the bearish run took the prices if the coins down.

The rise in stellar lumen is normal as predicted in some months back. I believe in the authenticity of Stellar Lumens coin, because it was introduced by a great platform that introduced bitcoin, some years back.
