Should we Opt for Payments in Crypto when the Market is Up?

I was thinking if its the right time to get paid in crypto when the market is up meaning the value of cryptocurrencies is going up as I was feeling it's not the good time as the fee will be higher and we can expect the market to go down too.

What is your take on this?

When the market is up or down it doesn't matter in terms of receiving payment in cryptocurrency. you can receive payment at anytime.
