Real estate investment vs cryptocurrency investment

So much has been said about how lucrative the real estate Business is, and how it has made so many billionaires and millionaires in the world.
Cryptocurrency is one investment that is coming up, it has made some rich persons richer though and it's very lucrative overall.
Placing these two together, which one amongst them is more lucrative?
 
Each of those investment opportunities you mentioned above have their challenges and advantages and there operate on different sets of rules.
Whereas crypto currency investment outcome is unpredictable and real estate investment outcome can be determined based on demand and supply, both investments are very good.
I'd say if you have a little capital, do crypto, big capital, do real estate.
 
I believe in physical investment than invincible.crypto is like unseen blessings,if you invest in real estate you have the opportunity of working out your selling point and see your profit.

Absolutely both these businesses are very good & Lucrative. There is no doubt that you can earn more and more money by investing in real estate because it is a very good business. A lot of people are earning in this. By investing in crypto currency can earn maximum profit and it is very good. I love both of them and I like to invest in them.
 
I would prefer real estate business because it is not violatile as in the case of crypto currency. Crypto currency can either be loss or profit but real estate is a win win situation. Both are lucrative it take someone that has lion heart to invest in crypto currency.
 
In my opinion, I feel it is better to invest in real estate than in crypto currency because real estate will get you money within a short while, while crypto currency is a long term investment that will take a long time before appreciating in value.
 
Real estate investment and crypto currency investment? Am in the line of real estate consultant and I can tell you that real estate investment is good and reliable and lucrative business to invest into.
 
To be frank, crypto currency is a commodity or merchandise and not real money. I know that almost any commodity is dictated by the law of supply and demand regarding the value. But in crypto currency the value may spike or may slide down without any indication for the reason. With real estate the stability is unquestionable and the value never fails to increase every year. Real estate is a slow earner but it is the safest.
 
Cryptocurrency and real estate both are pretty much good investment if you wish to do something long term. If you want to take things on long term without any local and online issues with crypto. Then real estate makes sense to us. And the thing is that you have to work with what you can around with any open land or the plot then you may find value in real estate more.
 
I will be giving my own opinion from the perspective of risk management. Real Estate risk are easy to cope with compare to cryptocurrency. If you are scared of lost, I advise you to invest in real estate

Yes you are right but cryptocurrencies profit is not sure. Some times it go up and sometimes it go down. So I prefer Investment in real estate . If there is option to select any one from these two options.
 
Both are lucrative investment initiative that will bring adequate money in the future. I prefer both of them, because they appreciate in revenue, and can bring me the profit I've always wanted. Even the real estate type is highly profitable than Cryptocurrency. Base on the investment put up to it, and how demanding it is too. But Cryptocurrency takes some time to bring you the kind of profit you desire.

I will definitely go for cryptocurrency investment because it is more volatile and offers more earning opportunity compared to to real estate which depends on getting buyers for the house or land
 
Real estate and cryptocurrency are two different form of investment. Real estate earns you a passive income while cryptocurrency earns you a portfolio income. Real estate takes a long time to materialize cause the capital involved is high while cryptocurrency can materialize quickly. I believe cryptocurrency Is more lucrative,risky, enticing and profitable than real estate
 
Alright, to add to what I have previously established, investing in crypto currency such as Bitcoin and ethereum can also be a nice idea. But first you must be knowledgeable about it and aware of the risk involved. A candid advise is start with a smaller amount of money.
 
If I am to invest in long term investment, I will go for real estate, but if my investment is a short term one, I will invest in cryptocurrency... Cryptocurrency can easily give me profit in short term investment, but when it comes to long term investment I will give it to real estate.
Most crypto investments in long term then to fail if the team are not up and doing.
 
I'm sure everybody's pick will be real estate because of the stability and less risk involved, however with crypto it is quite unpredictable and volatile. Personally I'd pick the real estate investment over crypto investment.

It depend on several factors. For someone who is in need of quick profit and with a sound knowledge of Crypto will most likely invest in Crypto currency, while someone who is patient enough and wants to avoid risk will most likely go for real estate.
