Looked up where to get cryptocurrency loans all say by defi etc. If there are any platforms or chat rooms to take a loan from another person and intermediaries

I think you can get a loan in crypto through Kucoin if I remember correctly through peer to peer, but you will have to return it with interest as is logical, I do not know if in defi platforms you can also do it, but surely yes, you just have to look for which are the most competent or reliable platforms for this, take a look at Kucoin.

This is one of the reason why Binance tops all other cryptocurrency exchange in the world. They give you so much features to enjoy on the exchange that you cannot see in any other cryptocurrency. The cryptocurrency loan feature they offer on Binance, I'm not sure if you can see it in any other cryptocurrency exchange.

The only problem with Binance is the fact that they never accept documents in your native language. So, if you hold a card in a language other than English, then it will never be accepted. Having said that, I am not in favour of borrowing loans from such kind of platforms. They may charge interest.

Why will you want to upload a document in your local language on a cryptocurrency exchange that didn't originate in your country? Don't you think that it's asking for too and not being reasonable on your part?
