There are a lot of pumping and dumping strategies on some of the coins in the cryptocurrency space and this type of activities is common with the memecoins like the Shiba inu but people claimed that bitcoin is free of pump-and-dump schemes.

It is untrue that pump-and-dump tactics do not exist in the cryptocurrency market. Pump-and-dump strategies have been observed in the cryptocurrency sector, of which Bitcoin is one. Therefore, before investing in any cryptocurrency, it's crucial for investors to exercise caution and conduct their own study.

Pump and dump strategies exist every where from the stock market to the crypto market, including Bitcoin. If you have an insane amount of money, you can just put it into bitcoin. When you buy a large amount of Bitcoin, there will be a demand, and when there is a demand the value goes up. Once the value rises up, you can start selling, and when you sell there will be a huge supply, thus the price will go down.

Pump and dump strategy is not something that can be carried out by an average investor in Bitcoin because it requires a huge amount of money for you to be able to make use of the strategy to make more money from Bitcoin. it is Billionaires like Elon Musk and so many other billionaires that we have who are interested in cryptocurrency that can be able to pull off this strategy.
