Is it possible to unite leaders in cryptocurrency into one powerful system?

I mean that in cryptocurrency in general there is no one who would unite everyone in cryptocurrency or represent the interests of a separate caste of people and sphere. Is it possible for CEOs of all exchanges, as well as owners of large projects and the richest and most influential people to create an instance that would represent the interests of all of them, as well as ordinary users. That it was according to the type of banking system.

I think sooner or later everyone will come in good terms when it comes to cryptocurrency. This is one of the few things that I believe will be agreeable to all countries. My convictions are based on the fact that it reduces the cost of printing money and reduces the effort ot distributing money. It will be easier to international trade and commerce when there is crypto because crypto will eliminate issues of cross boarder financial transactions
