You can start building a passive income with NFTs by minting NFTs on a blockchain like Ethereum after that you need to do marketing for your NFTs, when your NFTs are sold you should wait until they are resold in secondary market and earn royalty fees as a passive income, royalty fees on OpenSea starts from 2.5% up to 10%, this fees will be paid to the owner of the project.
 
I was not aware that you can earn royalties on your NFTs. I have a couple of NFTs listed on OpenSea and I am yet to make any sales. I will have to check about this royalty program.
 
An artist can create and sell NFTs of their works and eean royalties from them. This is suitable for musicians and the rest of the entertainment world.
