How often do you check your own portfolio for profits?

I have quite a few different assets, but now I don't check my wallets as often. I understand that the price cannot rise very quickly in one day, so I won't lose anything. And if the price will rise quickly, I will learn about it from the news channels. I usually check my wallets once a week

When the market is bullish, I check multiple times and if I have some coins as short term investment, I also sell them. During bearish run, I check multiple times and if I have funds in my account, I start buying
