How much is an amount that you can afford to lose in Bitcoin investment?

We have always had about the popular saying that we should invest the amount that we can afford to lose but the amount that each and every individual can afford to lose in Bitcoin investment differs from each other. Presently, I cannot invest $1k in Bitcoin.

but really past profits do not assure us future profits anything can change at any time, and now the rules of the game have changed with a possible global recession and expensive money because of interest rates, Bitcoin has never faced this, it was born in an environment of 0 rates with cheap money and monetary expansion.

Even when what you are planning to invest is 50 dollars, you will always be hopeful that you are going to make gains and not losses.
