Well, honestly, I do not think that the government would ever be able to stop people at all. The government would only disable banks from trading in cryptocurrencies and this is all it can do.

That's the thing , but the government should try as much as possible to educate people and let them understand the risk associated by investing in such platforms only If the citizen will be willing to hear.
