We all know polkadot (dot) coin is a fast rising Cryptocurrency, no doubt. It is currently occupying fourth position in the crypto chain ranking. I want to exchange my Bitcoin into polkadot to send to another wallet, but i don't know if it charges high gas fee. And also, if it is faster when processing transactions to external wallet.
I haven't used it, but from my little research, I found ot that dot ia delving into exchanges with usdt, Eth and other stable coins.
Transaction fee on Dot transactions are normal, it's not costly. But if you are sending Dot to a wallet like safepal or trust wallet or any supported dot wallet for the first time, you need to send not less than one Dot for wallet activation and that means you will use one Dot for the first time as fee for activating wallet and the rest will now be yours.

Polkadot is a popular coin now, just the way Ripple coin its now. Maybe your wallet didn't list it, it consist of few coin listing. You should try visit coinbase and see variety of coins to trade and store for the future.
