Have You Ever Used Customer Support for Any Exchange?

Have you ever been in a situation where you had to use customer support for any crypto exchanges or wallets? Were you satisfied with the support system they have? I have used customer support for numerous exchanges and wallets and I have no complains so far. Most of the crypto exchanges I use have good customer support. For example, I recently had to contact Binance customer support and I was replied through live chat in less than one hour.
 
It is something that differs from one exchange to another because not all them reply in same day. Some of them neglect your request.

Yes, I have only used the technical support of a cryptocurrency exchange once, it was on Kraken Exchange, because I could not access my account since I activated a security feature called master key, which I later did not know how to use, they helped me and I was able to access my account again by providing certain data.
