Recently, when I was trying to deposit BCH on my Kucoin wallet, I found that my wallet was never credited. The transaction shows complete on the sender account buy the receiving account was not credited. It was a small amount something like 16 cent worth of BCH, so I did not write to support. Has something like this happened to you?

Nothing like this has ever happened to me, did you make sure that the address was well written? This is very rare, perhaps it was a mistake by the sender.

I had such cases due to my own carelessness. Most often it happened because I did not choose the right network. Now when I need to send very large sums of money, I will first send a small amount to make sure everything is fine and then send the main part

Yeah, I've had that happen before with small transactions. Sometimes, there can be a delay or a glitch.

Sending to the wrong address: This is a classic mistake. If you accidentally type in the wrong address or copy the wrong one, your funds will be sent to someone else's wallet, and they are likely unrecoverable.
Using the wrong network: Many cryptocurrencies exist on different blockchains. If you try to send a token on the wrong network (e.g., sending an ERC-20 token to a BEP-20 address), the funds might get lost.
