Have you ever had your transaction canceled due to lack of liquidity?

I had such a situation when I wanted to withdraw tokens from one staking site, but could only do it through the Wave network. And I think that the transaction will take place quickly, but I had to wait more than 5 days, but the support of that site told me that they do not have liquidity
 
This has happened to me a couple of times, especially on centralized exchanges.
