Do you think that cryotocurrency can exist without internet?

Some people have kept their cryptocurrencies in cold wallet which is not directly connected to the internet but the fact remains that such cryptocurrency cannot be used except if it is connected to the internet and that is why crypto and internet are the best of friends.
 
Of course, no one would be able to transfer cryptocurrency between different wallets, but I think that in this case, the owners of such cold wallets with cryptocurrency could sell the device itself together with cryptocurrency and thus everyone could exchange cryptocurrency
 
Well, I have not done any research on this topic but I do not think crypto can actually exist without internet. How can someone validate transaction or mine crypto without internet?
