Do you think that altcoins have become something not serious compared to Bitcoin?

For all the time of my ownership of cryptocurrency, it seems to me that bitcoin remains the only project that inspires hope for profit, and as far as I am concerned, no altcoins will show such growth as it was about 3 years ago. I should keep most of my assets in bitcoins, do you think? the same?
 
Well, altcoins have already gone through seasons like this where they perform much worse than Bitcoin due to this market stage, but just as they perform worse, they could perform much better in case of a bull market, if you already own them I would recommend that you hold them and wait for a bull market to reduce positions.
 
That is not true. Even though Bitcoin weighs more than the entire altcoin, a lot of altcoins have continuously grown over the year and have proved very valuable asset. While it is true that a lot of altcoins will never see a daylight, a lot of altcoins will never go beyond a couple of cents, there will be bunch of altcoins that will prove very valuable.
