Defence arm of Pentagon hired a firm to control crypto

The United States keeps trying to control cryptocurrency and the crypto market on one pretext or the other. This time, in the name of national security, the US Defense Agency, DARPA, is trying to control the crypto market. For this, it has hired a digital ecosystem intelligence firm, Inca Digital, for a one-year project, under which the firm will understand the crypto market and develop control for the agency. DRPA is a serious agency. Do you think their steps are more than just defence?

The truth is that a lot of black market transactions can easily be facilitated with cryptocurrency since it's not easily trackable. It's also beneficial to the government to learn about cryptocurrency since it affects the economy directly and indirectly.
