Bullish or bearish market?

The market seems to be in constant indecision, it does not seem to want to decide whether to be bullish or bearish, we have strong rises and then strong falls, I think the market is trying to make investors desperate in this long-term range.
 
The market went into dip and the market cap is now bellow 2 trillion market cap and Bitcoin was around $53K. However, it has now recovered slightly. A lo of people believe that market will greatly improve by the end of this year
