I think that which is better depends on the length of your trading and if you are looking for a short term trade or long term, and the risk you are willing to take. Forex trading is more long term to make a good profit, and is considered safer as the values are not as volatile. However in crypto you are able to trade daily and profit due to eh number of crypto available and the volatility.
