Are there energy efficient hardware that can be used in cryptocurrency mining?

It is common knowledge that mining cryptocurrencies consumes a whole lot of energy. I have been wondering if there are energy efficient hardware that can be used to mine crypto. Like we have energy saving bubs, are there hardware that can considerably reduce the energy consumption cost of mining?
 
The most popular ones are for example antiminers because a lot of mining websites are selling them to people to start their mining project or something like that. It is a hardware equipement to be installed.
 
Two options to this. You can use a GPU instead of a cpu and you should use ASIC specifically designed to mine a particular cryptocurrency.

I think the computer configuration either GPU or CPU is from the manifactor so you could not touch anything so you have to buy another computer with GPU option.
 
You can meet a good technician who would unmount the cpu and mount the GPU. The idea is to maximise the power of the GPU since it is stronger and performs better than cpu.

This sounds a very nice idea instead of buying a new PC which supports GPU and could save a lot of time and money and start mining.
 
I am not much bothered about energy but I am looking for a website that does not harm my computer so I can mine whenever I want and for longer duration if its effective.

There was a time when I heard about different companies trying to make energy-efficient "chips" that could help mine coins. However, I do not know if these chips could actually be used to mine coins. Cryptocurrencies consume a lots of power.

It may be very hard to come through a website that will not harm your device through mining.
 
Some hardware are said to consume less energy compared to others. Just like you can use energy-efficient home appliances, you can also use energy efficient mining hardware. If you want to reduce your energy bills in your mining process, try using renewable energy like solar energy. You can even set up your own solar panels for your mining.
