Are NFTs dead?

Do you guys think NFTs are for sure dead? It really feels like they are no longer popular like they used to be. Honestly I think AI's popularity has killed NFTs, maybe it's the way we can make our own graphics and all that fun stuff, so the idea of NFTs seems pointless these days. Anyway, I watched a video recently from YouTuber SomeOrdinaryGamers, or Muta, I forget how to write his name. Anyway, he discusses in his recent video about how most NFTs these days are worthless now. Do you agree?

NFTs are just like paintings. The price of painting is what the artist and art curator think is appropriate and the price of NFT is what the artists set. NFTs are good collectibles. But some people started listing crappy drawings as NFTs. That's who people started losing interest in NFTs

I may have heard that NFT have officially dead on a youtube and tik tok video, i am not sure if its true but NFT is not trending like it was before, i remember a year ago everyone was talking about NFT and how NFT is profitable, i also have heard that peoples sold there house and there car to buy NFT and get good profit out of it, but right know no one is talking about it.
