Any crypto bad habits you wished you knew earlier?

There are some mistakes that we must have made in our crypto journey or read someone close to us make. I think failing to update cryptocurrency wallets can be a very bad mistake that anyone can make because you may not know the reason such updates were done. Are there any other things you wished you knew earlier?
 
Well, my first investment in Bitcoin was into a cryptocurrency ponzi scheme because I had no knowledge on how to invest. I was just following someone who claimed to know what he was doing and we both ended up losing our money in cryptocurrency scam.

The cryptocurrency scam was a popular one back in those years. It is funny that it has not stopped as there are more scammers that are always on the look for unsuspecting newbies in the crypto world to scam. So sorry about your issue back then and I hope it made you a better in the business of crypto currencies.
 
I waited for a lot of cryptos to be loaded on major exchanges to be on the safer side. if I had invested in them before getting listed on exchange, I would have made a big amount. I wish I had courage to take risks

Lack of knowledge is always going to put you in a situation where you're going to make silly mistakes and that's exactly what happened to me back then. I fell victim to the cryptocurrency pyramid scheme scam because I didn't know better. Now, I'm very good with what I should know.
 
I wish I had known the risks of many cryptos as meme tokens and not invested in them, when the market is bullish sometimes you invest in things without any fundamental because everything goes up, but when the market becomes bearish, the mistakes made in the past become very visible.

If I had not invested in those tokens and had measured the risk better, now I could have saved myself losses like the ones I had in Shiba inu or Doge coin, but it was a lesson learned.

Seriously, it's going to be very difficult for me to forgot and forgive myself for the bad investment that I made in SHIB INU. The way the coin was pushed made it look like if you don't invest in it, you will never be lucky in cryptocurrency deals again. When I look at the billions of the coin I have, I feel depressed.
 
For me, there were mistakes when I thought that if the cryptocurrency has a low price, there is a greater chance that it will grow strongly. I bought Ripple as my first coin and at that time it was worth 30 cents and I thought that it would be very easy for it to grow to 1 dollar but unfortunately it has not happened yet. Therefore, you should always look at the coin's capitalization to understand its prospects
