Do you use new technologies?

Many new products, new programs and artificial intelligence appear every day. Of course, it is impossible to follow everything, but do you use the most popular of them? For example, when GPT chat first became popular, I immediately started using it for my interests, and it helped me in some situations.

Yes, I usually use new technologies when they arrive, I'm not one of the first, but I do try to anticipate and try them before most the people, or at least that's what I think, although there are technologies that I haven't tried yet, such as the Internet of Things.
