In order to have a fun experience at Bizdustry I have enabled the ability to choose your own smilies. If you go here: https://bizdustry.com/account/user-smilies you will be able to choose up to ten smilies for your own posts. These only show up for you. If you reach 10 you can delete one to free up space to add another.
