It was, in my opinion, out of reach for most people because it is highly costly and not all employers are willing to grant their staff members such benefits. But if they do this to demonstrate to other businesses that they are far superior in this area, I think it's a really nice plus for the company. If I were an expert in a certain industry and my services were in high demand, I would without a doubt give such a company first priority when sending my résumé.
