Accommodating those with disabilities

If you're a business owner, is your business up to code when it comes to accommodating those with disabilities? Maybe it's someone who happens to be somewhat blind, or someone who is disabled via in a wheelchair, can't walk, etc. I don't run a business with employees, but if I did I would make sure my business was up to code, so that all workers are comfortable.

When I was running a business, I never hired anyone with disabilities. I was running a small business and I needed to think about sustainability of my business and I did not have additional money to give a chance to people with disability. However, I never discriminated customers with disability.
