I can beat it with you that managing a bad customers are not easy because there character can't go with yours but you just need to manage them by bringing your self down and try not to get angry at whatever they say but there some customers that will still get you angry no matter what but you need to first control your self and smile to whatever she says until she left and walk down to ur office to get maybe tea or coffee lol
 
Bad customers!!! There is no way you can do without them in a business set up, to deal with them, apply this quote "customers are always right" meaning you should just accept their behaviors to get what you want from them
 
Anyone that wants to run business successfully must not panic of rejecting. All human being are not the same in behaviors, business man must Bear that in mind.
You must be tolerance of any kind of customers behaviors either good or bad.
 
I simply manage bad customers by setting my mind and motive right, making myself understand that their bad character is nothing compared to the cash in their pockets that will bring gain to my business. And also by allowing them have their way at first then making them understand why this or that isn't working the way they want it to go.
 
There are some kind of bad characters that a customer can display that I can ignore but there are some that I surely will not ignore, I will send such customer out of the business premises if it warrants it.

In time they will be more friendly and makes one business their brand.

Bad customers are bad for business. I think the earlier we understand not everybody is a potential customer the better. Treat all customers with courtesy and respect. If this isn't enough then show them the door, patronage isn't for everybody.
 
I love customers who are who keep to their promises, i don't mind giving credit to customers who are credit worthy but the moment they stop keeping up to the payback deadline, i lose trust in them, as for aggressive customers, i make sure all their problems are sorted so as to make sure they are retained, make sure you do not spend too much time on bad customers, channel the time to making sales to other customers.
 
It is very serious one to handle a bad customer, but we can't be behave with him with rude manner and misbehave with him. It is much necessary to find out the problem of customer, that why he is becoming so bad and showing rudness.

To focus on the bad customer is to go down a very slippery road. I've seen many people do this and totally forget about the lovely customers and it's never a good route to go down. I always tell people that bad customers are designed to keep your business on its toes.
