Will marketing through twitter change with Elon Musk in charge?

It sounds like Twitter is imploding with Elon Musk as of late, so much so that it feels like the site is going to fail soon if something isn't done soon. With the changes coming, do you think that marketing through twitter will be pointless and a waste of time? Or will it still be a good tool to get your service/work out there?

Twitter is a platform I am looking out for because I believe with Elon musk in charge there would be so many changes that would be positive and come out from Twitter especially the marketing aspect.

Musk has been an owner for some time and there seem to be no visible changes in the Twitter's marketing strategies. Well, Musk seems to have tried implementing a few strategies but he had to take them down.
